Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts as per product. The specific return or replacement window varies depending on the item and its official brand warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging. All accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards must be included in the box.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (or returns are rejected):

Any appliance or device with obvious signs of use, physical damage (dents, scratches), or improper installation.

Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts/accessories for reasons not due to our error.

Items where the official warranty card has already been filled out, stamped, or tampered with.
Brand Warranty & Manufacturer Returns
Most electronics and appliances sold at TAJ Electronics come with an official brand warranty. Contact us before sending your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will guide you on whether the item should be returned to our facility or taken directly to the nearest official brand service center in your city.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card) within a specified number of working days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 0304-1112621.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged out of the box, or dead on arrival (DOA). We highly recommend taking a clear unboxing video when you receive your order to facilitate a smooth exchange process.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Depending on where you live in Pakistan, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive electronics or heavy appliances, we strongly advise using a reliable, trackable courier service (such as TCS, Leopards, or M&P) or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
